Terms of use (draft)

Status: working draft for the pilot; requires legal review before public launch.

• JayDemy Interview is a practice and self-assessment tool. Reports are AI-assisted estimates with stated confidence; they are not certifications or hiring decisions.
• The free trial is a one-time allowance of five interview minutes per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is not permitted.
• Interview time is measured on our servers from the moment you start until the interview ends. Time keeps running if you disconnect; if you do not return within two minutes the interview ends and only time used is charged.
• Do not submit confidential employer information, credentials or personal data of others in your answers.
• Do not attempt to manipulate the AI interviewer or evaluator (for example with instructions embedded in answers).
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
